Terracotta World Ltd’s trading is covered by the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and more recently, The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Purchasing from us should be an easy and stressless experience. Articles can be added to and subtracted from your shopping cart before the final purchase, all prices include VAT at 20%. Postage and packing is added on the checkout page depending on the weight of your order, you will need to multiply the weight shown in brackets in your cart by the number of items being bought. If you would like us to calculate the total cost of your order, we can and send you a Paypal invoice for the amount, it does not commit you to buy. If you are unsure of the quality, texture, colour or any other aspect of our products, you can purchase a sample (for certain objects) at reduced charge, standard postage rates apply. You can cancel your order with us at any time for a full refund subject to the following conditions;
- The order has not been shipped.
- The order is not deemed to be a special order

Orders are normally shipped in 36 – 48 hours unless the order is deemed a special order.
Your order may not be deemed cancellable if it has left our premises, in which case the cost of return of the order shall be met by the purchaser. In this case the goods must be returned unopened in the original packaging before a refund will be issued.
If upon receipt of your goods you decide they are not for you then please contact us by phone 07547 870428 or by E-mail to email@example.com stating the reason/s why you are unhappy with your order. If you wish to return your order you may do so within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the goods excluding shipping costs.
If your goods arrive damaged then contact us asap and we will take up the matter with the couriers. Although we try our hardest to package goods to the best possible standard, NO responsibility is accepted for any goods damaged on an international delivery.
If you require an item that is not normally stocked by us then this will be deemed to be a special order. A non-refundable deposit of 10% will need to be paid before the order can be processed, this is to cover our costs in part for ordering from the supplier and transport costs.
