Description
These are relatively new item for gardeners in the UK, a pot that is buried in your garden to supply the plants around it with enough water to fulfill their needs and no more. Place in your garden soil up to the neck and fill with water to keep the ground moist around your plants and prevent overwatering. The plants they are next to will only take what they need from the soil and if the soil becomes too moist, the olla transmits less water through to the surrounding soil, therefore it will save you water.
Remove to the greenhouse in winter to prevent frost damage. Comes with a flat sit on terracotta lid to prevent insects or debris getting in. Lids may vary in colour from the pots.
