Papillion Paving Block

Description

A decorative clay paver suitable for paths and drives. Available as a solid or open brick. It’s your choice whether to fill the open papillons with turf, gravel or decorative stones for the best effect. Lay as conventional block paving on bed of hardcore and river sand. Fill joints with kiln dried sand when finished and seal the surface with a suitable product.

All our products are frostproof to ISO 10545-2 unless otherwise marked.

Please be aware that the building products we supply have been formed in a mould and have been fired in a kiln. These are natural products made from 100% pure clay and as a result after firing they can have sharp edges and also be subject to slight distortion and twisting and also display small firecracks. This is a natural result of the drying and firing process and cannot be helped and does not affect the structure of the product. Clay is a natural product and there can be variances in the colours of the finished products. Please use hand protection when moving these products. These sharp edges will weather over time if the product is used in an external environment.
