Description

Seconds condition little pots, shaped a bit like a ‘V’ shaped cup, is a low cost alternative to plastic or waxed paper holders. Ideal for small servings of ketchup, mustard or mayonaisse, it was originally produced as a tea taster cup but can be used for any foodstuff. Although it is a bit rough and ready, the inside and outside are fairly smooth and it holds just enough food or drink to give a good taster of your work.

Makes an ideal seedling or candle pot!

Measures 56mm diameter and 46mm high and holds approx 60ml.

We have on offer 80 of these in a joblot, seconds condition, with small faults or chips to the rims etc, none broken, all still in useable condition. 80 for £12 (15p each). This is the last of this type of cup.

Photo shows good cups, you will be sent ones with flaws.

Some of our tableware products are sourced in India. Samples of products have been subjected to laboratory testing for leaching of heavy metals into the contents of the cups. Results of these tests are available upon demand but all samples have passed these EU regulatory tests and can be deemed to be suitable ‘For Food Use’. We try, where possible, to source our supplies from small independent and family run businesses.

Some of our tableware products are unglazed earthenware and therefore disposable, you cannot use them again for food as the porous earthenware can hold the previous product but you can re-use them as flowerpots, paintpots, trinket pots etc. They are not frostproof.

Please be aware that the products we supply have been formed in a mould and have been fired in a kiln. These are natural products made from 100% clay and as a result after firing they can be subject to slight distortion and twisting and also display small firecracks. This is a natural result of the drying and firing process and cannot be helped and does not affect the structure of the product.
