Description

These quality Italian impermeable plates will hold the water from the hole in the bottom of your pots. Made from unglazed terracotta, they are baked to a high temperature to make the clay impermeable. They come in 3 sizes as follows:

  • 7cm – Suitable for a 7 or 9cm pot – 7.7cm diam x 1.5cm high
  • 9cm – Suitable for a 9 or 11cm pot – 8.7cm diam x 1.5cm high
  • 11cm – Suitable for an 11cm pot – 11cm diam x 1.9cm high

Please be aware that the building products we supply have been formed in a mould and have been fired in a kiln. These are natural products made from 100% pure clay and as a result after firing they can have sharp edges and also be subject to slight distortion and twisting and also display small firecracks. This is a natural result of the drying and firing process and cannot be helped and does not affect the structure of the product. Clay is a natural product and there can be variances in the colours of the finished products. Please use hand protection when moving these products. These sharp edges will weather over time if the product is used in an external environment.
