Description

This is a cheap moulded cup from India which is ideal to use as a take away / throw away item for an outdoor tea stall or cafe.  Available in 3 sizes, 250ml, 125ml and 60ml as in bottom left picture. Design may vary from time to time.

As we understand the needs of market stall tea stand owners to have a cup that is cheap, environmentally friendly and a great selling point, we are marketing this cup aimed at this area. To keep the price down we are selling these only in bulk. You do not have to purchase 20,000 but the price will rise for smaller quantities. Minimum order 1 crate = 3000 cups approx for medium size.

We have in stock ready for despatch 1 crate of the cups shown on top left. There are 2845 cups of 125ml approx capacity in unopened & unchecked boxes in it. There will be some damage to some of the cups from transportation so we are selling the crate as if there are 2500 cups in it, this is for sale at £675 plus £70 pallet delivery . These cups are sold as seen, no returns, no complaints.

Most of our tableware products are sourced in India. Samples of products have been subjected to laboratory testing for leaching of heavy metals into the contents of the cups. Results of these tests are available upon demand but all samples have passed these EU regulatory tests and can be deemed to be suitable ‘For Food Use’. We try, where possible, to source our supplies from small independent and family run businesses.

Some of our tableware products are unglazed earthenware and need to be ‘seasoned’ if you wish to re-use them. Otherwise they are disposable, you cannot use them again for food or drink as the porous earthenware can retain some of the previous product but you can re-use them as flowerpots, paintpots, trinket pots etc. Our glazed cups are re-useable without any preparation. They are not frostproof.

Please be aware that the products we supply are natural products made from 100% clay and as a result after firing they can be subject to slight distortion and twisting and also display small firecracks.

Also, please note that as these are made by small rural potteries where quality control is something never heard of, there may be some small imperfections in the cups such as small chips and cracks etc. We try hard to send out only the best we have to offer but you have to be realistic as to the quality they can provide.
